Parking lots sit next to the main casino entrance, with no posted time limit for active players. During peak times valet service is available, while self-parking remains open at all hours. For a first-time visit, use the main lobby entrance facing Fraser Highway and walk straight in. Guest Services sits on the right side of the entrance corridor. There you can show valid government photo ID to register for Encore Rewards and receive your card and PIN for kiosk use. Our team can hand you a floor map so it is easier to find specific games. Currency exchange takes place at the cashier cage; once you have your cash ready, insert your Encore card in slot machines or present the card to table dealers before you start play.
