Coast Rewards and Encore Rewards are two different programs. A single stay can support both, but you enroll in them separately and each collects its own points. Convention bookings and group events often make the casino noticeably busier on weekends. Activation Process

We do not use typical alphanumeric bonus codes as the main way to run offers. Most of our promotions attach to your Encore card, so they activate when you present the card or when the system recognizes your tier status.

ATLAS Steak + Fish is our flagship restaurant on site, focusing on steak cuts and seafood dishes. For Friday and Saturday dinners we strongly suggest reservations; otherwise, we seat walk-ins as space allows. The ATLAS gift card deal can stretch your spend if you plan a couple of visits.

Around the rest of the property we run more casual choices, including a cafe and a full bar with cocktails. Daily food features change regularly, and Encore members see special pricing on some menu items. As with other offers, alcohol, taxes, and gratuity fall outside those discounts.

Live music and entertainment lineups are posted on screens near entrances and inside common areas. Some shows are ticketed, others are free to attend. Higher Encore tiers get early access for certain ticket releases, but availability still depends on capacity.

Responsible Gaming

Guests on the gaming floor must be at least 19 years old. Security teams conduct regular ID checks, and anyone who appears under 30 can be asked for proof of age. Without valid ID, access to gaming areas is removed immediately.

You can still play as a non-member by buying chips or credits with cash at cages, tables, or bill-accepting machines. However, you will not earn Encore points or qualify for member promotions during that play.

Self-exclusion programs run through British Columbia provincial services, not at our counters. For those who want that option, information brochures are placed at Guest Services and at exit points. Our staff can point you to those materials, but provincial authorities handle the formal process from there.

Payment Methods

Most gaming transactions start with cash. Multiple cashier windows handle buy-ins and payouts, and machines with bill validators usually accept Canadian C$5 to C$100 notes. Ticket-in-ticket-out technology prints vouchers that you can redeem at cages or slot machines.

At table games, chips are purchased with cash at the table or at the main cashier. Dealers do not process debit or credit cards. When you finish playing, chips convert back to cash at the cage.

Free play received through Encore redemptions goes into your account as a non-cashable balance. You can wager it on eligible devices, and anything you win from it turns into cashable funds once it has been played through at least one time.

There is complimentary parking right next to the building. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, valet service is available. Oversized vehicle spots and accessible parking are located close to the main doors.

Public transit stops along Fraser Highway serve the front area. There are also marked zones at ground level for taxis and rideshare pickups and drop-offs. We do not allow RVs to park overnight in standard lots, though hotel reception can talk through alternate arrangements for registered guests.

Security staff oversee every entry point with cameras and in-person presence. During busy stretches, they may perform bag checks. Items such as outside food or drinks, professional photography equipment, and disruptive materials are not permitted inside gaming areas.
